Lightning top 'Canes for 7th straight

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) Tampa Bay Lightning coach Jon Cooper put Ryan Callahan back in the lineup for the first time in nearly two weeks on Thursday.

Callahan responded by getting the go-ahead goal.

Callahan scored the tiebreaking goal midway through the third period, and the Lightning picked up their seventh straight win with a 6-3 victory over the Carolina Hurricanes.
