RBC Heritage resumes after weather delay

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (AP) The RBC Heritage has resumed after a three hour, 43-minute delay Friday because of strong winds and storms that have caused problems elsewhere in the Southeast.

Officials halted things and cleared the course of spectators shortly before 1 p.m. as winds rattled flagsticks on greens.

First-round leader Shane Lowry had started his second round with two birdies before the horn sounded. He was 8 under and a stroke in front of world No. 1 Dustin Johnson and Emiliano Grillo, whose round included a two on the par-5 fifth hole.

Ji rebounds, leads Korda by 2 in Hawaii

KAPOLEI, Hawaii (AP) Eun-Hee Ji rebounded from a bogey on the par-4 18th with a pitch-in eagle on the par-5 first and shot a 7-under 65 to take a two-stroke lead over Nelly Korda on Thursday in the Lotte Championship.

Woods bettor has long criminal record

MADISON, Wis. (AP) The gambler who hit it big on Tiger Woods' Masters victory has a lengthy criminal record in his home state of Wisconsin.

James Adducci was presented with a check for more than $1.2 million Monday at a Las Vegas sportsbook. Adducci cashed in on 14-1 odds that Woods would capture the tournament that ended Sunday in Augusta, Georgia. Scoring change approved for FedEx Cup

AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) The player who takes the fewest strokes might not win the Tour Championship because of the radical scoring change for the FedEx Cup in which the top seed will start at 10-under par with a two-shot advantage.
